Breaking news!!

Due to a family emergency in my (Coach J’s) family we’re going to have to postpone Coach Matt & Christina’s baby shower. It pains me to do that, but I really need to be there for my brother.

 

  • Christmas Party date has been announced!! December 8th!! Mark your calendars!

We will be playing Dirty Santa and wear your ugliest Christmas Sweater!! We’ll have the taco bar again this year and can’t wait to see everyone.

  • Faith Rx’d is Sunday December 2nd at CrossFit J19 for our Naughty or Nice event! Be sure to bring an unwrapped toy for the toy drive!

 

 

 

  • We are excited to announce that we will have the world class Jump N Rope team coming to CrossFit Chelsea in January for a seminar! It’ll last between 1 hour and 2 hours and will improve your double unders without a doubt!!
    The cost is $65 per person and we only have 6 slots left!

  • Have you noticed the new “Achievement” boards? Here’s the criteria to put your name on the board:
    • Have you made the achievement since joining CrossFit Chelsea
    • Do you still have the achievement?
      • If so, put your name in the column!
    • Be on the lookout for some shifts in the programming. We will wrap up our backsquat cycle this month and shift to a front squat cycle next month. We’re still going to be working on that booty and your legs, but we’re also going to really build up our back’s resiliency and maybe even a little aesthetics while we are at it!!

Here’s the week’s programming

Monday:

Squats on squats on squats and a few lunges!! The strength and metcon should really help that backside!

 

Tuesday:

Time to work on some cleans & then we’ll have some interval work with wall balls, hang cleans and push ups!

 

Wednesday:

Time to focus on some technique and then we’ll work our way through a 2 round chipper with pulling as our focus!

 

Thursday:

Team Thursday is back with a vengeance!

This one might take a minute….

 

Friday:

Let’s put heavy stuff overhead, well at least the same heavy load from last week!

MetCon will be simple… but I’ve done this one before…
