  • Let’s “Load the Bar” for Challise and Jesse!
    October 14th we want to celebrate the union of Jesse and Challise! Keep your eye here, Facebook, and email for more information on place and time!

 

 

  • We are excited to announce that we will have the world-class Jump N Rope team coming to CrossFit Chelsea in January for a seminar! It’ll last between 1 hour and 2 hours and will improve your double unders without a doubt!!
    The cost is $65 per person and we only have 6 slots left!

Monday:

Every tried the workout Fight Gone Bad? Well, that’s the format for Monday’s workout! We’ll start off with a strength that will make Coach Will very happy

 

 

Tuesday:

How do you feel about running and snatches?

 

Wednesday:

It’s chipper Wednesday! Get ready for some core and shoulders with a healthy dose of heavy breathing!

 

Thursday:

SQUAT DAY!

We’re going to split up some work that should prove to be a challenge, especially if you came in on Wednesday!

 

Friday:

Let’s slow it down and ‘clean’ up the gym a little!

After the last couple of days of moving all over the gym, today you’ll move about 5 feet during the workout, but you’ll still be breathing heavy!
