What is Coach thinking?

Hey CrossFit Chelsea!

 

I hope you have all had a great week! I thought it was a great week of training, I know that I’m sore as all get out!

 

The Granite Games is putting out some great workouts so we’re going to keep supporting Coaches Kris and Matt and Mike Collins and throw down with them on Monday and Tuesday!

 

We will be getting ready for FaithRX’d on Sunday at 3pm and I hope that all of you can come out! We’ll be doing a workout of tire flips, slam balls and some other fun stuff! Then we will hear a message from a fellow Believer and enjoy some fellowship! It’s all about bringing the Followers of Christ that love CrossFit together and supporting one another!

 

We are really looking forward to the Barbell Bash! I hope that a lot of you can get signed up to lift weight!

Here’s the week’s programming (Check daily for Project Vigilante work!)

 

Monday:

We’ll start off with some front squats

 

Then tackle the hang clean/burpee Granite Game qualifier

 

Tuesday:

Be sure to have your hands ready, we’re going after the pull up/dumbbell snatch workout today!

 

 

Wednesday:

We’re going to work on some hang snatches

 

Then it’s ALL the cardio!

 

Team Thursday is also Squat day!

We’ll get our backsquat on and then it will be an “I go/you go” of some bodyweight movements to loosen up those legs after the squats!

 

Friday:

Time to get upside down and then we will work on some core work!
